help! Is everyone’s like this?

If you’ve won the tote bag does it show up in your prize list ? I won it yesterday and when I click to redeem it, it says I can only do it once but it doesn’t show up in my prize list. I almost won a tote bag a while back but must’ve not followed the rules correctly so I didn’t get it so I really want this one! 🤣
