Gluten-free chicken, bacon, ranch mac and cheese

I’ve been on a chicken, bacon, ranch kick so i know i had to try it as a gluten- free mac & cheese and it didn’t disappoint! I used milk instead of half and half or heavy cream but I recommend going with one of those for a creamier texture.
