Though deeply inspired by the rarified worlds of Latin America and Coastal Italy, there’s nothing we love more than experimenting with traditional Peruvian, Japanese, Mexican, Chinese and Italian techniques to surprise and delight even the most seasoned diners. At Marcy’s our attention to detail in all things from the sea flows through our food that is decidedly unbound by a single cuisine.
