🇯🇵 12 Days Japan Winter Trip Itinerary (Day 4)

LAST DAY in Sapporo~ (1 Day Tour)

The meet-up location was just a 5mins walk from our hotel, didn't have to rush 😜

1️⃣ Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley

Also known as the "Hell Valley". Some paths were quite slippery as it was the winter season, you'll have to be extra careful while you walk. The sulphur smell was bearable & the scenery there was picturesque!

2️⃣ Shōwa-shinzan kuma bokujō (Bear Ranch)

Admission to the bear ranch is not included, you'll have to purchase your tickets! There were more crows than bears 😂 We bought biscuits to feed the bears but most of it was snatched by the crows... We don't recommend coming here, you can go for a quick lunch in that area instead.

3️⃣ Lake Tōya

A 20mins stop here to take a quick photo. It's just beautiful.

5️⃣ Otaru Canal

Last stop of the tour, 1hr 30mins free and easy. It was a bit crowded here at the canal but I still managed to take a nice photo of it before heading to the shopping streets for a walk.

6️⃣ Popura Farm Furano Melon Ice

It was just opposite the Otaru Canal, nothing beats having ice-cream during winter season 😜

Ichiran Ramen

We had dinner after our day trip ended, Sapporo outlet's queue wasn't as long as the ones at Osaka. It's a must-have when in Japan! 😋 Craving satisfied for this trip.
