I currently work in veterinary medicine, so animals are one of my favorite things in the world. I used to work at an SPCA, so almost all of my animals have been adopted from there over the years!

First up is Macie, my tiny little love bug. Anyone who knows me knows I love big dogs, but this poor little girl came to us as an abuse case and shortly after her case was closed, I adopted her. She’s approximately 8 years old & is spoiled as she deserves. ❤️

Then there’s Squeeze, the little love of my life. He came into the SPCA in a litter of 4 kittens someone found. He needed surgery to remove his eye, and I fell in love with him immediately. As soon as he was healed from surgery, I brought him home. ❤️

Ellie, or Ellie belly as I call her, is up next. The only one I didn’t adopt from the shelter. I’ve had many rabbits over the years but my heart and sole bunny passed away a few years ago. A few months after that, when I swore my heart couldn’t handle anymore rabbits, Ellie came into my life. She is a 2 year old Mini Rex. ❤️

Ginger was surrendered due to her previous owners being unable to care for her anymore, and I immediately took her home. She’s been with me for a few years now and she’s the sweetest thing. ❤️

Next is Paisley, who I adopted a few weeks after Squeeze as they came into the shelter as stray kittens around the same time. She has recently gone through some big medical challenges, and with only being 4 years old, I’m glad I work in the field because we have a long road ahead of us. She’s happier than ever and as long as she’s happy, I’ll do everything I can to keep her as healthy as possible for as long as possible. ❤️

Last up is Hippo, formerly named Hippopotamus from the SPCA since she came in around Christmas. She was a feral cat, and her history was unknown. All we knew was she could hardly be touched and she wasn’t

doing well in the shelter environment. A few years later and she’s happier than ever cuddling on our couch. ❤️

If you’ve stuck around this long, I hope you enjoyed these cuties and I’d love to hear about some of your fur babies!!
