Fall Dinner Idea

YUMMMM!!!

Fall is coming into full swing at my house! Tonight I did this sweet potato, broccoli, & sausage sheet pan dinner for the first time.

🍂 Preheat your oven to 400F

🍂 Peel & cut 2 sweet potatoes into about 1 inch cubes

🍂 Toss sweet potatoes in marinade and spread out onto a greased baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes

🍂 After 15 minutes, remove sheet from oven and add sliced sausage. Sausage (4-5 links) should be pre-cooked and sliced into about 3/4’’ pieces. Bake for 10 minutes

🍂 Remove sheet from oven & flip sausage pieces over 🍂 Toss 1 lb. broccoli florets in marinade and add to the sheet, in between the sausage and sweet potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes

🍂 BONE SMACK THE TEETH!

🍂 Marinade 🍂

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar/glaze, garlic powder, and fresh cracked black pepper. Measure with your heart 🫶🏼
