How I Go Through Life as an Empath🌸

Ever since I can remember, empathy has been a big part of who I am. Growing up, especially during my teenage years, it seemed like people would just open up to me and pour out their hearts. I loved that they trusted me with their deepest thoughts. But eventually, I realized that some were taking advantage of my giving and understanding nature. It was tough, but I had to cut ties with people I thought were my friends to protect my mental and spiritual well-being.

Even today, I still care about some of those folks and genuinely want the best for them.

As life goes on, I've learned how to safeguard my energy. I surround myself with those who uplift me, value my alone time, immerse myself in nature, and imagine a protective white light shielding me from negativity.

What's really cool is that this journey has also inspired my creative side. It led me to express my thoughts and feelings through songwriting, and let me tell you, it's both freeing and liberating. Turning life's challenges into music has become a beautiful way for me to share some of my stories💯
