Spend a day with me in Joo Chiat 💖

𝟐𝟑𝟑 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐡 𝐌𝐢 ($6.50 Banh Mi) 🥖

Ever since my Vietnam trip, I have been on the hunt for the best Banh Mi shop in Singapore. I met my friend for lunch at this small authentic Banh Mi shop along Joo Chiat Rd. We got the Banh Mi set for $7.50 which includes a Banh Mi and a drinks (coffee/tea).

You know a place is good if they have pate. I ordered the Vietnamese Pate Chicken Bread and it was super yums! My friend got the Vietnamese Grilled Pork Bread which was equally good too. I saw some reviews saying that the Tuna bread is good so I will definitely be back to try that! The coffee was really good too (on the stronger side).

Overall, I really enjoy the food and it’s definitely on my top list of places to get Banh Mi in Singapore.

We walked around the neighborhood and chanced upon this cute homeware store. They are known for their super pretty and comfy bedsheets. I was super impressed by how nice the bedsheets felt. They even have matching pajamas set that are both comfy and chic. For modern homeowners who likes all things comfort and aesthetic, this is definitely the place for you. The staff were super friendly and helpful too! They patiently walked us through the products that we were interested in and even told us to check our their artist mural behind their backdoor.

𝐊ō𝐡ī 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫 ☕️

We had a pitstop at Kohi Coffee, a hole in a wall coffee place. Their coffee menu is pretty interesting and we both tried their signature coffee: Iced Espresso OJ (espresso, tonic water & orange juice) and Kohito(espresso, milk, mint). Definitely give this place a try if you are a coffee lover👍🏻
