🇯🇵| 🍣 MY FAV BUDGET SUSHI CHAIN IN JAPAN

Everytime I’m craving sushi, I will always look for Kura🫡 It has many many outlets so you can definitely find it in most areas. This place is GOOD AND CHEAP!!!! Of course it’s not the kind of quality you’d expect from specialty restaurants, but Kura Sushi has really decent quality sushi (i mean the sashimi ones) for its price.

I can’t remember exactly how much is the cheapest tier because they recently increased it by 7yen. But if I recall correctly, it’s 132yen for a plate of sushi (comes with 2 pieces usually)!🍣

These are my must-order dishes:

☁️ Mackeral Nigiri (or saba. Literally my fav sashimi. I recommend the Premium saba if you are willing to spend a bit more!)

☁️ Beef Kalbi Nigiri

☁️ Seared Salmon with Cheese Nigiri

☁️ Yellowtail Nigiri

☁️ Raw Seafood Gunkan

☁️ Seafood Salad Gunkan

You might be wondering what is Nigiri and Gunkan? Nigiri is a type of sushi where the chosen ingredient is packed ontop of the ball of rice. Gunkan is the one where the rice is wrapped with seaweed, topped with the chosen ingredient.

Also, you also get to play their gacha game and stand a chance to win a random gift! For every chance, all you need is 5 plates of sushi (desserts not included). I usually eat 10 plates of sushi so I get 2 chances to play🤭 However, I’m not that lucky with it HAHAHAHA. Last pic is what I have won from the gacha before - demon slayer keychain and magnet.

This is just my personal preference! I will go to Kura over and over again and not get tired of it 😭
