EOS RANT!

Just to preface, this is my all time favorite lotion ever and I will continue to buy it regardless… HOWEVER -

Every single bottle I’ve purchased (many at this point) eventually requires unscrewing the cap and beating the rest of the lotion out like it’s a bottle of ketchup. The problem is that this seems to happen when there’s still a LOT of product left in the bottle.

On my most recent bottle, the day the pump stopped working no matter how many times I shook the bottle to redistribute the lotion inside, I decided it was time to perform a little experiment.

Conclusion: TWO AND A HALF OUNCES were left in the bottle once the pump stopped being able to reach it.

Are the straws too short? Does EOS want us to give up and buy a new bottle before it’s actually empty? Lotion this great deserves an equally great container. Eos, do better. Please make better pumps or do us all a favor and sell this in a squeeze bottle instead. Thank you.
