Checking your CCS trunking with a selfie stick 🤳🏻

If you signed up for the CCS like we did, here’s a quick and easy way to check for defects on the top of the trunking and air-con units. Just placed your phone on a selfie stick and start video recording while you go around the trunking of the CCS 👌🏻

Do note that the CCS rectification appointment is with the SP Group and this is different from the house rectification with the Building Service Centre (BSC). So for example, the peeled paint on the wall above the air-con unit is under the care of BSC, but the hole is under SP Group.

So do remember to also schedule an appointment for the CCS if there are any issues. Both the QR codes to book an appointment with BSC and SP Group will be placed on the wall of the kitchen!
