Affordable and yummy fish soup near SMU 🐠🍲

Located within 10mins walk from SMU, @kinggrouperfishsoup is a coffee shop stall that specialises in fish soup.

It doesn't come with any carbs so you will need to top up $0.5 for a bowl of rice, noodle or bee hoon. Served with tomato, tofu, fried egg, vegetables and some fish slices, the soup is light yet tasty and nothing fishy. However, there's only a few slices of fish and I wished they gave more.

Same as the above except it's fried fish. Fresh and firm without being mushy. But again, they only gave a few pieces and may not be that value-for-money.

💬 TLDR: Soup is good but wish they're more generous with the fish. Worth a try if you're craving for something soupy! And they accept CDC vouchers!
