🇰🇷 | Rolling Pasta for some fusion pasta 🍝👩‍🍳🫰

After a few days in Seoul, we realised we came coming across @rolling_pasta_ at different places and decided to give it a try! 🍝

• 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 (₩𝟖,𝟓𝟎𝟎)

A blend of tomato and cream sauce resulting in its pink hue, the rose cream pasta was slightly tangy and creamy with lots of shrimp. The first few mouth was delicious but it did get jerlak afterwards either because im not a fan of tomato sauce or im not hungry to begin with.

• 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐆𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐡𝐢 (₩𝟗,𝟓𝟎𝟎)

Smooth and creamy with hint of unami richness from the mushroom. The gnocchi was slightly chewy and soaked in the flavours.

• 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐠𝐲𝐞𝐨𝐩 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 (₩𝟖,𝟓𝟎𝟎)

While the typical tomato pasta may be boring, the spiciness helps to provide a refreshing cut and the meat was tender.

💬 TLDR: Of course, can't expect legit italian pasta flavours since I think they adopt a more fusion concept but portion is good for the price. A place to consider if you're sick of the korean food and looking for a change in cuisine!
