Big prawn noodles with rich and comforting broth 🦐🍜

Located within 5 mins walk from Potong Pasir MRT, River South (Hoe Nam) Prawn Noodle will not disappoint with their extensive menu of prawn noodles. 🦐🍜

Went ahead with 2 bowls of 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 ($𝟕) in both dry and soup version. For the dry version, the noodles were doused in chilli sauce along with 2 pieces of prawns and pork ribs each. Rather spicy but addictive at the same time. Prawns were succulent and fresh while the ribs were flavourful but unfortunately it's way too tough. The soup was served in a separate bowl so you can taste the rich unami prawn broth without the alkaline taste of the yellow noodles that's present in the soup version.

💬 TLDR: One of the better prawn noodles in terms of broth and portion. Would rate it a 8/10 for which the missing 2 points was because the pork ribs were way too tough
