Another bakery cafe to get your brunch fix 🥐🥖🍞

Located near Hougang and Serangoon, @thebreadracksg is a promising bakery cafe to get your brunch fix with freshly baked breads and pastries 🍞🥖🥐!!

• 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 ($𝟒)

Maybe because it wasn't heated up enough, it's not as crispy as I had hoped but still flaky with sufficient pockets of air for some lightness. It has a good amount of butteriness as well which was pretty fragrant. But I do find it a little flat tasting compared to the sweet options below.

• 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 ($𝟓) 🌟

Came with sliced almond and icing sugar as topping, with generous velvety almond cream filling on the inside. Sweet, nutty and aromatic combination that got us reaching out for more after the first bite.

• 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐥 ($𝟒.𝟖) 🌟

Resembles a kouign amann but with cinnamon dusting inbetween the layers. Not exactly a fan of cinnamon but this was really yummy and not too over powering. Crispy, flaky and moist swirl of goodness, making a great tea time snack!

💬 TLDR: Cosy industrial interior accompanied by delicious bakes. Pretty decent bakery cafe to get some pastries if you're in the area.
