vive active is hands down my favouritest pilates studio in singapore! if you’re new, u can get $20 credit to spend on any package HERE ❤️ using this for the 5 class trial package will get you classes at $15.80 each! super worth for trying the studio out before committing to more classes hehe 👍

it’s not available on classpass either so i’d def recommend sharing a bigger package if you like the studio!

⭐️ THE WORKOUT

- i’ve only gone for vive total classes, and i have to say they’re really amazing!!

- the workouts are really intense but with lots of layers & options so you can tailor the workout to your own needs! i’d say vive total was tough but definitely manageable for beginners - just let the instructor know!

- the instructors i’ve tried have all been great, i especially love anna michau because her instructions are super clear & she’s really encouraging - just makes you want to push yourself 😆

⭐️ THE SPACE

- the space is absolutely gorgeous!!

- ceilings are fully led lit with lighting effects that blend so smoothly u could fall asleep watching them (if u weren’t working out so hard)

- i LOVE the mirrors on the ceilings because they really help you keep your form in check. this is sooo impt in pilates and it’s def one of the reasons i signed up at vive in the first place!

⭐️ FACILITIES

- clean & spacious showers

- toilets in the mall

- unisex changing room

- towels provided

- i love that the changing room provides deodorant, cotton pads & even tampons! super thoughtful :)

⭐️ OTHERS

- remember to bring grip socks!

- i do feel there’s a bit of a shortage of lockers so do go early!
