Huh? Philippines trip expenses $1500 per person? 🥵

Was it worth it?

🙌🏻 In my opinion, yes. I admit we might have overspent? Haha. But it’s worth it! 😳

Here’s the breakdown of our major expenses:

✈️Flights:

Not gonna lie, $451 for 4 flights?? That’s a steal! It’s cheap! Cebu - Siargao Island - Manila - SG! My flight to Bali alone was already $300! 😒

🏨Accommodation:

- Lyf Cebu City Hotel: $165.5

- Villa Luna(Airbnb): $290.5

- In Manila, we stayed at our friend’s house (thanks, Pat! Hehe).

Per person: $228.05!

🍲🍝🍗Food and Other Expenses:

I think we spent $400-500 ish per person 🤣 Mainly on food, man, the food cost in PH is considered expensive. We think that it’s like JB price. One café meal can go up to $25-$30.

🏄‍♀️🌊🤿 Fun and Activities:

Snorkeling, surfing, island hopping. Cebu activities were $152.78, 2 surfing classes, and island hopping in Siargao was about $70.

😗Extra Expenses:

- Tips

- Massage

- Motor rental

- Laundry

Overall was about $70-$100.

I would estimate that me and my partner each spent around $1400 to $1500, +/-.
