How many Square feet is enough?

First picture is the apartment I am thinking on moving to with around 675sq and second is my current apartment with about 800sq feet. I feel my current apartment is not too small it was a bit hard to organize at the beginning but it accommodated pretty nice.

My husband works from home a least 3 times a week in Tech, he has lots of computers and electronics that take lots of space, apart we have two cats which after all don’t take that little space,

And I am highly into arts so I have a lot of diy stuff i try to keep it at a minimum with just one box of things but idk, is hard; I have a “art desk” and also a makeup vanity !

Would you think 675sq is too small for two people and two cats or can it work?
