My Favs of Working as an Usher at Cinemark!!

My pros as an Usher

🍿Low interaction job

- Unless you are scanning tickets, then you really can keep to yourself and clean. I am a reserved person and I easily got by not talking to my coworkers (plus they were mainly guys) and listening to music. When its slow, its really easy and you just gotta make sure everything is clean

🍿Free movies

- I usually use my free tickets once a month. I hate being there when I am off, but I enjoy bringing in family and friends for a cheap hangout. Not only do I get free tickets, I get 50% on concession. (plus free popcorn on shifts)

🍿Active job

- Usually within an hr or two, I am able to get 5k steps. I like having nothing to do, but I prefer moving around and walking. Usually I end my shift with 12-16k steps
