Super easy bread recipe! Refrigerated canned pickles! (No pressure cooker needed) and homemade salsa for the win tonight.

Bread-
Mix together in a bowl
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp of honey
1.5 tbsp of dry active yeast
let sit for around 10 mins while you mix other ingredients
5 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1.5 tbsp of salt
Mix together with other ingredients and add 2 tbsp melted butter. Kneed dough around 5-6 minutes and put in a bowl to rise for 1 hour. Push down to remove air pockets and shape like your loaf pan. Butter or grease your loaf pan. Put dough in to rise for around 40 mins and pre-heat your oven to 350. Bake for 28 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Remove from bread pan and put on bread rack to sit and WAIT at least 2 hours before cutting- I KNOW THIS IS HARD. Enjoy the best bread!
