Is doing nails in jb really worth it?💅🏻💅🏻

As u all know, the exchange rate is now 3.53rm for $1 sgd so doing your nails in jb is a steal!!!

I went to jb on 28 jan and decided to get my nails done for CNY🧧 at 📍fairy nails since there were many reviews claiming theyre good! I called them on the day itself asking if they had slots and they told me to drop by at 6pm. When i arrived, it was very packed but there was space for me!

I showed the nail tech my inspo (slides 3&4), she then quoted 155 rm total! 😳 I opted for express gel, 45rm the design was 70rm, nail harder 20rm and cny surcharge 20rm! If not for the surcharge my nails wouldve been about $38sgd!! What a steal😭😭

The nail tech was so sweet, she got a phone stand for me when she saw me watching netflix and she suggested changing the red ribbon to a silver one which i really like🤭 she really took care of my nails and overall it was a pleasant experience, my nails turned out well especially for the price SOOO WORTH if ure thinking about doing ur nails in jb for CNY, go get it💅🏻

However, there is one caveat: my experience isn't an indicator of every single customer's experience, some had bad reviews but my personal experience was good! Also I didn't opt for classic as I was worried of the hygiene aspect so express will do🤓☝🏻take note theyre closed 9-16 feb!!
