ways to use up your leftover rice

hihi is me again! today I am going to share how I cook my egg fried rice. don’t judge everyone have it’s own style to cook fried rice okay ~ adding long bean and garlic make this fried rice become more tasty and yummy !! love it so much, fried rice is also a great way to use up some of your leftover steamed rice 🍚

you need:

overnight cooked rice

chinese sausage

long beans

garlic

egg

soy sauce

- in a heated oil pan, scramble egg using a spatula

- add in chopped garlic, long bean and chinese sausauge then stir fry till fragrance

- add in overnight rice and then loosen the rice with a spatula

- add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste

- toss until even, serve
