Assalamualaikum Hai korang back with me again ☺️ Sorry lma tak update . Pastu ada yang komen on my previous video mintak this recipe ☺️ Maaf tau korang late share ngn korang busyy sikit lately 🤭
Actually this recipe pun i dapat dari TT hehehe
So here we go 🤗
Kek Batik :
125g Butter
1/2 cup susu pekat
1 cup Vico/ CoCoA Malt
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
120ml Fullcream Milk
300 g Biscuits Marie
Step :
1) Cairkan butter then masukkan susu pekat . After dah sebati. Masukkan vico and cocoa pwder . Mix well
2) Then Masukkan fullcream milk kacau sampai mendidih then ttup api . Masukkan biscuit kacau sampai semua biscuit kena coklat kay . Then korang buleh letak dalam loyang 8"
Cream Cheese :
250g cream cheese (any brand)
1 tsp esen vanilla
2 tbsp susu pekat
150ml whipping cream
Mix creamcheese with vanilla and susu pekat . Then in other bowl korang putarkan whipping cream sampai kental then mix together dgn creamcheese tadi tu ☺️ . Korang kluarkan kek batik dri peti sejuk then tuangkan creamcheese atas kek batik then put back on peti sejuk korang utk set kan cheese tu
Chocolate Ganache :
1cup dark or Milk chocolate coins
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp Butter
In a bowl put all them together then you all double boiled kan chocolate tu sampai sebati . Then kluarkan kek batik korang tu then tuang chocolat on top of the creamcheese tu . Then put back dalam peti sejuk . Bg betul sejuk ya chocolate tu baru korang potong dia .
Hopefully korang berjaya buat . This recipe i tak guna telur tau . Turn out the taste was so good and sangat2 best after 3 or 5 days dalam peti sejuk still sedap makan okay . Thanks tau korang singgah sini
