hey yall!👋🏾 it's been a minute but I'm back!🍋

🙏🏾 on 09/18/24 I had robotic VSG surgery.

🙏🏾 I'm in pain right now BUT I'm so happy I did this‼️

🙏🏾 now it's time for me to recover and get back in the groove of this! so far I have to get in 60 grams of protein & 40 oz of liquid per day!

if anyone has tips/trick they would like to give as bariatric patients you are way more than welcome, I promise lol 😌🤎
