AFFORDABLE rooftop bar with super amazing views!

Looking for a boujee place for dinner but don’t want to break the bank? 💸 Here’s your sign to try out Supply & Demand at Esplanade mall!

Superrrr underrated, Supply & Demand at Esplanade has 2 levels, with the upper level being a rooftop bar with amazing views of MBS and the CBD (see pic 2)!

What we ordered:

1) Squid ink with seafood risotto ($34)

This was decent! Seafood was fresh and portion was big enough as well. Though I didn’t really taste any difference between squid ink and normal cream risotto 🤔 Kinda regretted getting this, probably should have went for the pasta instead!

2) Seared beef pizza ($32)

There was a strong black vinegar taste, which I wasn’t used to in the beginning. The pizza is topped with thick slices of beef, which was really nice! Crust wasn’t too thick & was crispy as well

3) Garlic truffle fries ($17)

This was REALLY GOOD! There was a strong truffle taste, and fries were crispy and not too oily. Though $17 is probably a little expensive for just a small portion of sides, we really enjoyed this 🤤

There are definitely cheaper options on the menu, pretty much like cafe priced but you get the sick views and nice ambience! Overall this is definitely one of the cheapest rooftop bar in Singapore with nice Italian food, highly recommended! 💯

OH and also, we went during Valentine’s Day and was super happy to know that they continued serving ala carte menu (a lot of atas places don’t and instead serve set menu which is really expensive).
