Happy 25th Birthday Animal Kingdom!

Animal Kingdom is a half day park to some and a favorite to others. We are just happy that Pandora finally aligned with the original fantasy animals planned for the park!

Today, Earth Day, is Animal Kingdom’s 25th birthday! This celebration was smaller than other anniversary celebrations we’ve been to. We loved the themed photo op near the Tree of Life and the cute banners. The anniversary map was even made of recycled card stock!

We hoped for a button and were so sad the only giveaway was the map. Lines for merchandise were long and in the sun! We also opted to play games instead of hunting for the two themed food options.

The only thing we missed was the Pumbaa popcorn bucket - we are on a popcorn bucket hold right now!
