But how do you know this is a good boss? Well, there is a way to "smell" it from the interview!

In this post, I am sharing the tips to tell if this is a good boss from an interview. As a hiring manager myself (before I quit), I have interviewed candidates for 6 years, and I always try to create a positive interview experience for my candidates. As a trained, professional manager, even if the candidates do not pass the interview, leaving them a good impression helps with the company's branding. You will not consider the company as a future employer, or buy products from the company, if the interviewer from the company appears arrogant, right?

Also, in an interview, we are trying to assess "how this person will be if I work with him/her". It should be a discussion in which both parties are engaged and honest, rather than a one-way judgement.
