I couldn’t live in the past

The idea of going back in time sounds fun until I remember things like going to the bathroom. The concept of waking up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom, but needing to go outside to use the outhouse or even worse- using a chamber pot.

There would be no toilet paper, no bidet. In this picture (Greenfield Village, which is an outdoor museum) there are ears of corn to use… I’m sorry, I just couldn’t!
