Oct 16, 2024: Define W.I.F.E.Y

Hey my beautiful buddies 🌻,

What does being a wife looks like to you?

After thinking on it 🤔 I couldn't define it 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't know, i believe it's different for everyone, and during different times in anyones life, it's constantly changing🔄. Also, GOD created us all differently. Its hard for me to say this, but this morning, i was not going to tell it, I was afraid of being too honest on here. but after my revelations, i know i have to tell it all. We all won't be wives, but i wish to be one day. I had to check myself last year because I realized a fault in my thought pattern 😳

I can admit now how i have compared myself to others with negative thoughts of "how could he marry her, i could have been a better wife to him then she is, they don't even look compatible, if only he knew what type of woman he marrying, he wouldn't want her... "😬 Then the hate turned to myself "no one would marry me because of my past, I must have a family curse that keeps us from being happily married, no one would ever want a single mother with two kids, it's because of my sins, etc....." 🤦🏽‍♀️

I thank GOD those are no longer my thoughts 🙌🏼

I thought long and hard today to see if i wanted to share my deepest thoughts and went into prayer about it. GOD revealed the scriptures & messages below. That helped me open up to you'll.

"But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart."

OMG 😲 these messages today slapped me all over to where i can't deny GOD loves us beyond our understanding, and spared no cost to rid our souls of the sin that separates us. I'm so thankful for His unconditional love and perseverance. I will remain humbled by Christ's selfless act!
