this park in colorado took my breath away!

When you hear Colorado, it generally brings to mind snow-capped alpine mountains and not red rock formations and desert landscape. However, that is exactly what you'll find at Garden of the Gods - with the added perk of having said snow-capped mountains in the background!

Garden of the Gods park is only 90 minutes from Denver in Colorado Springs and is such a unique place to visit! There are tons of hiking options for all levels and even paved areas for those with limited mobility. Get there early as it can get quite busy, but they do offer a free shuttle in the summer months to make it easier to get around!
