read this before you go to glacier national park

Glacier National Park is one of my absolute favorite national parks and if you choose to go, you will be rewarded with stunning mountain vistas and glacier hikes that will leave your jaw on the floor!

That being said, this is not a national park that you can just show up to. Planning must be involved to make the most out of the trip. THE BIGGEST THING: You will need a vehicle pass in addition to your national park entry fee in order to get into the park durning peak season (May-September). These can be booked online at recreation.gov and open 120 days in advance on a rolling basis.
