App’s I’m Using To Lose Weight

Okay so, recently I’ve felt really bad about my body. My best friend and I are doing a thing where we fast for 16 hrs and we have 8 hours to eat. My fast starts at 8 pm and ends at 12 pm. And the great thing about the fasting app? I can edit it to when my last meal of the day was! Anyways! That’s all! I’ll come back with an update in a few weeks!! <33
