Lemon8 mistake

So yesterday I decided to try to open up the Lemon8 app and it said I have violated the community guidelines 🫨. I was in complete shock because I haven’t posted or said anything inappropriate that could have gotten me in trouble. Then I realized they said I violated the community guidelines because I didn’t meet age requirements ?? I’m 19 with a baby 😖. I think I look my age and I did make a post about making a scrapbook for my son 😵‍💫. I’m not sure why I had to go through the process of verifying my account, I feel like it was clear that I’m over 18.
