Why I Stopped Tracking Calories

This is my experience (simplified) with calorie tracking. I feel much more motivated to cook healthy meals 🥦👩🏼‍🍳. And I focus on eating more colors and variety of healthy foods. At first it was scary to “lose control” but it didn’t take long for me to start trusting my body. I have struggles with this for YEARS, calorie tracking on and off and trying to decide what would work best!
