This iced strawberry latte is seriously the most refreshing coffee drink I’ve ever had!
It starts with a homemade strawberry syrup made with just three ingredients. Then you combine it with frothed milk and your favorite espresso for the ultimate morning treat!
While I love this drink cold over ice in the summer, it’s also great served warm.
First you’ll make the strawberry syrup:
STRAWBERRY SYRUP
🍓1 cup strawberries, quartered
🍓1/4 cup sugar
🍓1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the strawberries cook down and the mixture thickens.
3. Strain and discard the strawberries.
Once your syrup is ready, you can make the iced strawberry latte! Here’s what you’ll need:
STRAWBERRY LATTE
☕️ 3 tbsp strawberry syrup
☕️ 1/2 cup milk, frothed
☕️ 1/4 cup espresso
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the ingredients in a glass.
2. Mix well, add ice and enjoy!
