This no-churn Oreo ice cream is the perfect summer treat! This is such a fun recipe to make and the perfect summer project for kids!
No-churn ice cream is made by combining whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk, which eliminates the need for an ice cream maker and allows the mixture to freeze smoothly!
The best part? You need just 4 ingredients and 15 minutes of prep for this Oreo ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
🍦 15 Oreos, roughly crushed
🍦 2 cups heavy cream
🍦 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
🍦 2 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Fold the heavy cream into the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
3. Gently fold in the Oreos and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
Looking to mix it up? You can really add any type of cookie to this ice cream. Try adding your favorite Oreo flavor for a fun twist! I like golden Oreos and peanut butter Oreos!
