my husband & I renovated our new home last year, and went with the modern scandinavian theme! as the more budget conscious person in our relationship, I honestly didn’t wanna spend 💰on a lot of these things but I’M GLAD I LISTENED TO HIM on these items!

#1 CONVERTING THE BOMB SHELTER DOOR

getting rid of the bulky unsightly white door and installing a super sleek tinted mirror door with fluted panels for our open kitchen. one of my fav parts of the house, worth it!!! 🥰

#2 THE SAMSUNG 75” FRAME TV

you’ll get compliments on this every time guests come over. we change the art depending on our mood and I love monet’s water lilies in my living room.

#3 STERRA WATER FILTER

this retails for $1,799 which is not cheap, but a worthy investment for water at the perfect temperature. this would also be useful for moms who are breastfeeding, to get the 60 degree warm water instantly! useful to have as we plan to MAYBE have a future family

#4 WALK-IN WARDROBE

consider making space for this! we had a little study within our room but knocked down the walls so we could have a walk-in wardrobe. also the drawers at the back makes sure we don’t waste any space and can put essentials like underwear and home clothes for easy access!
