It’s very easy to compare yourself to people you come across on social media showing their glowy, glass skin. Yes, you can achieve nice skin, but remember everyone’s skin journey is different 💘 I have texture, acne scars, break out, pores, the list goes on. I remember in high school I was very insecure because I had SO many acne scars. I was literally covered in them. It wasn’t until I turned 19 (after having my first son) when I decided to take care of my skin. Both internally and externally ✨ I started off by focusing on eating foods rich in antioxidants :) and slowly built up from there. Remember, you’re beautiful the way you are and having acne is completely normal 😚🤍 (and cute 😉)
