Jinny's Kitchen: Yumi's BULGOGI RICE BOWL

Simplest quickfix and always yummy! I always use ready-made bulgogi sauce for this dish, and add adequate amount of mirin, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce. The bulgogi sauce brands that I normally use is on slide 3~

Maybe one day I'll try and make them from scratch but for now, I'm gonna let this be one of my fave #quickfix 😋

You can use either ground beef or sliced beef bulgogi. I love using both but I used US short plate this time coz I was inspired by Jung Yu Mi's Bulgogi Deopbab on Jinny's Kitchen.
