Easy Milk Bread Recipe

Less than 10 ingredients needed

Ingredients👇🏻

350g Bread Flour

150g Cake Flout

80g sugar

1/2 tsp salt

10g Yeast

2 eggs

20g milk powder

200 - 235g Fresh milk

Mix everything then put 100g Unsalted Butter

Cover the mix using a cling wrap or a damp cloth until it doubles in size. Take out the mixed dough and roll up into balls or any shape that you like. Put onto a tray and cover it again with cling wrap or a damp cloth till it doubles in size.

Next, preheat your oven and bake it. It's as simple as that 😁 (My bread took about 15 minutes to be ready in the oven.)
