If you’re thinking of attempting camping with a baby, here are a few tips…

1) plan ahead for how you will diaper, feed, clothe, and clean your child. also plan how and where they will sleep.

2) try to relax and not stress too much about routines. follow their sleepy cues instead and expect to get back on track when you return home.

3) pack specific outfits for getting dirty in. babies will inevitably get extremely dirty. you can even reuse the same “campsite outfits” again and again when you know your child will be playing in the dirt, and save their nicer outfits for sleeping and times when they aren’t on the ground.
