This is my ideal sunday self care routine🌸🌷🤍🌈🦋

🤍 sleep in! catch up on some much needed sleep and don’t rush to get out of bed. Give yourself a slow morning.

🤍 once you’ve gotten up drink some water first thing to flush out toxins and set up your day to be hydrated! Especially after a week of maybe not drinking as much water as you should. Then make yourself your fav breakfast!

🤍 make a coffee! take your time to make a coffee you love. with all the things, creamer, syrup, milk, anything that you love!

🤍 do a face mask and an eye mask to pamper yourself. Do your full skincare routine so you feel good for the day. also do any maintenance things for the week such as tweezing, etc.

🤍 just relax! Sundays don’t always have to be this huge reset day where you clean everything in your house and do a bunch of things to be productive. if cleaning and planning makes you feel good do it, but if you can save that for another day, don’t be afraid to just relax on Sundays! #lemon8partner #hellolemon8 #sundayreset #sundayselfcare #selfcareideas #sundayroutine
