DILL PICKLE EGG SALAD ✨✨ (recipe below)

Ingredients

8 eggs

1/4 red onion, diced

3/4 cup dill pickles, diced

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

Instructions

Start by hard boiling the eggs. See the blog post for all my tips!

Next chop the hard boiled eggs into small bite sized pieces.

Add the chopped eggs, red onion, dill pickles, mayo, dijon mustard, and fresh dill to a large bowl. Combine evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on a sandwich, salad, or wrap. Enjoy!
