Taking time to stretch can help release that tension and bring a sense of relief, both physically and emotionally. Here are some of my go-to stretches to loosen up those hips and work on that posture!

Deep Sumo Squat: A great way to open up the hips and stretch the inner thighs.

Standing Wide-Legged Forward Bend: Helps to lengthen the spine and release tension in the hips and lower back.

90/90 Stretch: Perfect for targeting deep hip rotators and loosening tight spots.

Happy Baby: A gentle way to stretch the inner thighs and lower back while calming the mind.

Puppy Dog Variation: Opens up the chest and shoulders while providing a nice stretch through the hips.

These stretches are not just about flexibility; they’re a way to release what we often hold onto emotionally. Remember to breathe deeply and take your time in each pose. Your hips (and posture) will thank you!
