SMOKED SALMON BAGEL CUCUMBER SALAD

Sometimes you just need to eat a whole cucumber right?? ;)

Here’s a quick and easy salmon cream cheese bagel inspired cucumber salad that’s perfect for when you’re craving something light but satisfying.

Start with 1 cucumber, sliced nice and thin. Add in a quarter of a small onion, chopped, and about 4 ounces of cooked or smoked salmon, flaked. Next, mix in a quarter cup of light cream cheese and half of a small avocado, diced. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Now, here’s the fun part—toss everything into a Tupperware, pop the lid on, and give it a good shake until everything’s well combined. Now you’ll have a flavorful, creamy, high protein salad that’s perfect for a quick lunch or snack!!
