Trust me when I say learning and understanding your partners love language is critical to your success as a relationship.

It might sound stupid right now, but hear me out.

As children we all grow up learning how to love in a different way and have adapted different ideologies about what love is and looks like.

If you or your partner don’t understand each other’s love languages, you will BOTH get mentally exhausted. One partner may be trying to show love in the way they know how to show it, but if that isn’t the love language of their other partner, it will never get received.

Meanwhile the other partner feels lost and unloved…not a fun cycle to be in.
