Another full day of eating for the books!!

Summer time is around the corner so I’ve been eating in a slight caloric deficit while still maintaining a high enough protein intake for me to maintain (if not gain) muscle mass!

As always, I won’t be sharing specific calories or macros because they are personal to me and my goals. This is all for inspirational purposes, as so many people believe you have to starve yourself to make progress…that’s just not the truth! With where my current macros are, I’ve been leaning out while still keeping my glutes which has always been a struggle for me!

The goals with my nutrition during shredding season are to maintain a MINIMUM of 1g of protein per lb of body weight (usually I go over, since it doesn’t hurt), and eat in a slight deficit of no more than 200-300 calories under maintenance to ensure FAT loss and not muscle loss by eating too little.

Hopefully this inspires some of you with wherever you are in your journey!
