TAKE IT FROM ME GIRL. I didn’t “glow up” until after high school. It wasn’t until then when I took matters into my own hands and invested in looking and feeling my best for MYSELF.

Here’s a few non-negotiable for glowing up:

1. Get into a fitness routine

It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. As long as you’re consistent that is all that matters. Getting into a solid routine that includes any form of movement is so beneficial to your overall health. Weight lifting, yoga, running, walking, and Pilates are all great options!

2. Pay attention to details

You’d be surprised how much taking a bit of extra time to decide on things like a makeup look, jewelry and outfit can make a difference. There’s a difference between going through the motions and doing each thing with intention.

3. Invest in your skincare and makeup

Yes it can be pricey, but it is so worth the money. Your skin is the largest organ in your body! You need to treat her with respect and invest in products that will not only make you look and feel amazing, but also filled with amazing benefits.

4. Meal prep whole foods

You are what you eat. Seriously. Fill your body with 80% whole, single ingredient foods, and 20% “fun” and watch yourself glow. Meal prepping is an amazing tool for keeping yourself on track. Choose one day each week for a “self care” day and get it done!

5. Invest in sleep and hygiene

Sleep and hygiene are CRITICAL to looking and feeling your best. Your mattress, pillow, room temperature, body care and dental hygiene are the best areas to invest in for your overall confidence and appearance.
