Meal prepping helps me save time during the week and keeps me consistent with my nutritional goals✅
At each and every meal, I prioritize protein for healthy hormones, balanced blood sugar, and better recovery✨
When you don’t feel like pulling out the pan each morning, these egg cups are a life saver!🍳
Here’s the recipe for my favorite high protein AM go to⤵️
- 6 farm fresh eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese of choice
- chopped veggies of preference (I used onion & sweet tomatoes this round)
- add chopped meat of choice (I alternate between ham, sausage, or turkey)
- add salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything together until smooth! Preheat oven to 375. Place egg mixture in muffin tins and bake 25-30 minutes until cooked through👩🍳
Refrigerate in glass containers, reheat, & enjoy an easy, high protein breakfast throughout the week!
This recipe makes anywhere from 10-12 egg cups!
