As someone who used to have an eating disorder and has ALWAYS struggled with orthorexia even after, I have finally healed my relationship with food in the past couple years.

Where I used to lay in bed every night and try to count every calorie I ate, now I focus on getting ENOUGH of the right stuff- and it has totally shifted my mindset.
